Dedicated cloud hosting gives your website or application its own Intel cores, RAM and NVMe storage on our high-availability cloud. Those resources aren’t shared with other customers. It runs on servers we own and operate in the United States.
Both give you guaranteed resources. Dedicated Cloud plans offer more cores, memory, storage and bandwidth, for high-traffic sites and business applications. Our VPS plans suit growing sites that don’t need that much capacity yet.

Yes. Our Migration Team moves sites from most hosts and platforms. We review your site and send a quote before we start. Transfer your website.

Almost certainly not, and we will say so. Building your own cloud makes sense when you have specific hardware, compliance or isolation requirements that a shared or VPS platform cannot meet. A small business with a website, a store and a handful of mailboxes is better served by one of our standard tiers. Our guide to web hosting for small business walks through site builder, shared, managed WordPress and managed cloud VPS with real prices, so you can work out where you actually sit before anyone quotes you custom infrastructure.
Our micro data center solutions can be built to suit various needs for organizations of any size and any location.
Liberation can transfer your website content from most site builder platforms.
Shared server hosting puts many sites on one machine, which keeps costs low. If you need dedicated resources, our Build Your Own dedicated cloud lets you size cores, memory, storage and bandwidth.
A virtual private cloud is an isolated section of cloud infrastructure reserved for one organization. Ours runs on hardware we own in the United States, fully managed with cPanel and WHM included.
Don’t like managing? We offer managed services for hosting, ecommerce, web sites, and more.

People move up from shared hosting because the site is slow, and then buy whichever plan has the biggest numbers on it. That frequently does not help, because “slow” has four or five quite different causes and only one of them is solved by more hardware. Diagnosing it first is a great deal cheaper than upgrading twice.
The common causes, roughly in order of frequency. An unoptimized site: oversized images, no caching, thirty plugins, a database full of old revisions — this is most of them, and more hardware papers over it at considerable expense. Resource limits on a shared plan: CPU time and concurrent processes, which show up as errors at busy moments rather than as steady slowness. Distance: a server on the wrong continent from your customers. And genuinely outgrowing the tier, which is real but rarer than the upgrade market implies.
You can tell them apart without specialist tools. If the site is slow for everybody all the time, it is the site. If it is fine until a busy period and then starts returning errors, it is resource limits. If it is uniformly sluggish for your customers but quick for you, check where the server is. Ten minutes of measurement saves a year of paying for the wrong plan.
Once you do need to move up, the honest comparison between cloud and dedicated is not performance — it is control and failure behaviour. Cloud resources can usually be resized without a rebuild and are billed accordingly. Dedicated hardware is yours alone, which means predictable performance and no noisy neighbours, and also means a hardware fault is a real event with a real recovery time. Which of those matters more depends on your tolerance for each.
We measure before quoting. If your site needs optimization rather than a bigger server we will tell you that, even though it is the smaller sale. Prices are published and support is based in the United States. Book a call with your site address and we will look at what is actually slowing it down.
