Support, security and collaboration tools in one place.

A senior living community runs a small hospital, a hospitality business and an apartment complex at once, with clinical records in the middle of it. We sign a Business Associate Agreement, provide encrypted staff email from $7.95 a mailbox a month, handle senior living IT such as campus networking and resident Wi-Fi, and give families a way to hear from you that is not a phone tree — without replacing your electronic health record.
The HIPAA Security Rule requires safeguards for electronic health information, and senior living IT has to meet it across clinical, staff and resident networks. Our senior living IT starts with a signed Business Associate Agreement.
The site builder with hosting and SSL, one Hub for Teams mailbox on your own domain, and the domain itself free for the first year — in one annual plan instead of three separate decisions.
Where your community provides health care and transmits health information electronically for covered transactions, HIPAA applies in full, with the Security Rule obligations that come with it.
Purely residential independent living, with no health services and no electronic covered transactions, can fall outside HIPAA — while remaining subject to state privacy, resident rights and breach notification law. Mapping which parts of your campus sit where is the first thing worth doing.
Networks, access controls and storage separated so clinical systems are not sitting alongside the dining services PC. We will tell you where we think the line falls and put it in writing rather than treating the whole campus as one risk.
Not every part of a senior living operation carries the same obligations, and treating it as one undifferentiated thing is how communities end up either overpaying or exposed.
Care levels explained honestly, pricing that does not require a phone call, floor plans, availability, photographs that look like the building, and a tour request that reaches someone the same day.
Newsletters, activity calendars, menu updates and community notices. Liberation Campaign bills on emails sent rather than contacts stored, which suits a list of residents, families, staff and prospects that is large and mailed regularly.
An outbreak, a weather event, a utility failure. A tested workflow — site banner, family email, optional text — built before you need it rather than improvised at 9pm with families already calling.
Adult children making a placement decision are the buyers, and after move-in they are the people who most need to hear from you.
Order any of these in a few minutes, or read the full details first. Pricing is published up front, so you do not need a quote to see what it costs.
Build the site yourself from a template. Hosting, SSL and a free domain on annual billing are included.

Yes, as part of onboarding, with access control and multi-factor authentication, audit logging, encryption, tested restores and a written breach notification process behind it.
Often not. Purely residential independent living with no health services and no covered electronic transactions can fall outside HIPAA, while remaining subject to state privacy and breach law. Skilled nursing and health services are a different matter. Mapping your campus is the first step.
No. Your clinical system stays. We host and secure the email, document storage, network and backups around it.
Yes, including coverage in apartments and common areas and firm separation from clinical and administrative networks. Residents video-calling family is now a normal expectation rather than an amenity.
With a workflow built and tested in advance — a site banner, a family email and an optional text. Building it during the event is how families end up learning from each other instead of from you.
Yes. Shared domains, centralized backups, consistent controls and one point of support, which is usually both cheaper and more defensible than each site doing its own thing.
Our senior living IT includes a signed BAA, encrypted staff email from $7.95 a mailbox a month, campus networking, resident Wi-Fi and family communication, without replacing your EHR.
Tell us which parts of your community provide health services and which do not. That boundary determines the design, the cost and what we put in writing.
There is a hospitality operation — dining, activities, billing, marketing to prospective families — and, in assisted living and memory care, a clinical one. They have different obligations and they should not share one undifferentiated network or one undifferentiated mailbox. Resident health information belongs on the clinical side with the controls that implies; the events calendar does not.
Resident and guest Wi-Fi is the clearest example. It should be genuinely separate from the network carrying clinical systems and business operations, not merely a different password on the same equipment. Ask any provider to describe how that separation is actually implemented, because “we have a guest network” covers both the real thing and a token gesture.
Family communication is the other thing that makes senior living distinctive. Adult children, often in another state, want updates, and staff want to send them quickly. That traffic contains health information, so decide what may go by email, to whom, and on whose authority — and record where consent for that sits.
Then the ordinary pieces that still decide whether this works: mailboxes on your own domain with a signed Business Associate Agreement for the clinical side, multi-factor authentication, accounts that close when staff leave, and a backup someone has tested.
