A station is a hosting problem with an unusual shape: a live stream that must not drop, an archive that grows every single day and never shrinks, and two pledge drives a year that put more load on the site in a week than the other fifty combined. Our Christian radio website hosting handles all three on a managed VPS from $59 a month on annual billing, with listener email sending from our own SMTP servers and billed on sends rather than list size.
Christian radio website hosting is judged on its worst week, not its average one. A pledge drive sends listeners to the stream, the giving page and the prayer-request form at the same moment. If the site slows down, you lose gifts and listeners together. Plan Christian radio website hosting around that peak, then everything else is easy.
Accessibility also counts, because listeners include people who use screen readers and large text. The W3C’s introduction to web accessibility explains the basics in plain language. Our Website Builder starts at $10.99/mo for a simple station site, and church and nonprofit ministries receive a 15% discount.
Migration from your current provider is free, and we schedule the move away from pledge week. We copy the site first, test it, and only then point the domain across.
Servers are in the United States, and staff email on your own domain starts at $1.95/user/mo with Liberation Email. To talk through your Christian radio website hosting, contact us and tell us your busiest week and your current host. We will answer with a written plan and quote.
Full-power stations already maintain an FCC online public inspection file; your website deserves the same care. Christian radio website hosting from us keeps the stream, the archive and the giving pages on one managed server, and our Christian radio website hosting is sized for pledge week.
The site builder with hosting and SSL, one Hub for Teams mailbox on your own domain, and the domain itself free for the first year — in one annual plan instead of three separate decisions.
Dedicated resources rather than a shared box whose neighbors you cannot see, with monitoring that tells us before a listener emails you. We host the origin and the station site; keep your existing stream distributor if it works.
Daily programs, sermon series, interviews and special broadcasts accumulate forever. Recent content stays on fast storage; the back catalogue moves to object storage at roughly $8 per terabyte a month behind a cache, so ten years of programming costs a predictable line rather than forcing a painful clear-out.
Two weeks a year your site takes more traffic and more transactions than the rest of the year together. That is a capacity conversation to have in advance, not during.
A station’s listener list funds the pledge drive. It is worth knowing who runs the machines it sends from.
One-time pledges during a drive and recurring monthly partners the rest of the year, processed through an account set up for a ministry. Recurring giving is where station budgets actually stabilize.
Liberation Campaign charges for emails sent. A station with a 30,000-name listener list that mails twice a month pays for those sends, not for storing the names — $20 a month covers 40,000 emails.
A media kit, rate card, underwriter pages and the reporting a sponsor asks for, on a site you control rather than a template your network supplies.
Automation systems, studio workstations, the office network and the remote-broadcast connection. Separated properly so a spreadsheet on the office PC cannot reach the machine running your log.
Program archives and automation libraries, backed up off site and encrypted, from $2.09 a month. A lost archive is lost permanently.
Hosts, production, traffic, development and the board, on your own domain, from $1.95 per user a month.
Order any of these in a few minutes, or read the full details first. Pricing is published up front, so you do not need a quote to see what it costs.
Build the site yourself from a template. Hosting, SSL and a free domain on annual billing are included.

We do, on our own SMTP servers and our own software. There is no third-party relay with a policy that could override ours — which matters for a ministry whose budget depends on two email-driven pledge weeks a year.
Recent programming stays on fast VPS storage where it is requested most; the back catalogue moves to object storage at roughly $8 per terabyte a month behind a cache. Cost grows slowly and predictably instead of forcing a purge.
Yes, if you tell us when it is. We provision ahead of a date you already know rather than reacting after the site slows down in the middle of a drive.
Yes. Both one-time and recurring giving can be set up, which is what turns a pledge drive into a stable monthly base.
Yes. Automation and studio networking, office network separation, remote broadcast connectivity and tested backups are normal scope, remotely and on site where coverage allows.

Yes, on one account with one invoice. They are worth keeping as separate sites — a station site is built around a schedule, a stream and underwriters, and a congregation site is built around giving, sermons and events. Our church web hosting page covers the second of those, including what a ministry should own rather than rent.
Tell us your archive size, your listener list and when your pledge weeks fall. We will scope the hosting, the giving and the studio network around your calendar.
A station website is two different problems wearing one coat. The brochure half — schedule, hosts, contact, donate — is ordinary. The streaming and archive half is not: live audio, sermon or programme archives, and podcast files are bandwidth and storage in a way a church website never is, and that is where a cheap plan quietly stops being adequate.
Work out your actual numbers before anyone quotes you. Hours of audio published per week, average file size, how long the archive stays online, and peak concurrent listeners during your busiest programme. A host who does not ask for those is guessing, and the guess will be wrong in whichever direction costs you more.
Decide deliberately where the stream itself lives. Most stations are better served by a dedicated streaming provider for the live feed and ordinary hosting for the website, rather than asking one plan to do both. Ask honestly which parts a provider actually runs and which they are reselling — it changes who you call at six on a Sunday morning.
On the giving side, recurring donations are the lifeblood and the thing most likely to break silently. Card expiry handling, failed-payment retries and whether donors can update their own details matter more to annual income than the design of the donate page does.
