Is there a money-back guarantee?
First-time Shared, Reseller and VPS hosting accounts come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Hosting renewals may be refunded if canceled within 48 hours, and Private Email within 7 days of the charge. Domain fees are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
