A property management company holds applicant Social Security numbers, tenant bank details, owner distributions and association reserves — with no licensing body forcing an annual security review. That absence of a forcing function is exactly why it gets deferred. We provide property management IT, business email from $1.95 per user a month, secure document handling at $7.49 per user, managed IT, and recurring rent and assessment processing that reconciles properly.
The FTC’s guide to protecting personal information is a practical baseline for property management IT: know what you hold, keep only what you need, and lock it down. Property management IT built on that guide covers applicant files, tenant bank details and owner distributions.
The site builder with hosting and SSL, one Hub for Teams mailbox on your own domain, and the domain itself free for the first year — in one annual plan instead of three separate decisions.
Monthly rent, HOA assessments, special assessments and owner contributions on a recurring schedule, so your team is not chasing the same forty people every month. One-time and recurring are both supported.
Payments that land with enough detail to reconcile against the right unit, the right owner and the right trust account. This is where most cheap payment setups fall apart for management companies.
Your property accounting system stays. We are not replacing it. We host and secure the email, the documents, the company website and the network around it.
This is the part of your operation with the clearest monthly value, and it is the one most often stitched together from three systems that do not agree.
Property managers, maintenance coordinators, accounting, leasing and the owner. Liberation Email from $1.95 per user a month; Mail Pro at $7.95.
maintenance@, leasing@, and association-specific addresses that route to the right manager rather than into one inbox that swallows everything on the first of the month.
Firewall, workstation management, patching, and backups that have been restored and verified. CodeGuard from $2.09 a month.
Order any of these in a few minutes, or read the full details first. Pricing is published up front, so you do not need a quote to see what it costs.
Build the site yourself from a template. Hosting, SSL and a free domain on annual billing are included.

Yes. Monthly rent, regular assessments, special assessments and owner contributions can all run on a recurring schedule, with detail sufficient to reconcile to the right unit and account.
Move them out of email. Secure document exchange gives applicants a place to submit and gives you access control and revocation, which an email attachment can never offer once it has been forwarded.
Yes, through a reseller account. One relationship and one invoice instead of a dozen separate small hosting accounts you are quietly administering for free.
Not one with a clean forcing function, and we will not invent one. Tenant screening and financial data carry real obligations, but there is no annual review that makes someone do this. That is precisely why it gets deferred until something goes wrong.
Most we work with sit between ten and eighty across managers, maintenance, leasing and accounting. Pricing is per seat, so it grows with the portfolio rather than jumping at a tier boundary.
Property management IT from us starts with business email at $1.95 per user a month and secure document handling at $7.49 per user, plus managed IT and recurring rent and assessment processing.
Different side of the business with a different risk profile, so we wrote it up separately. Our real estate website hosting page covers the brokerage side: owning the domain, running agent email on one account so offboarding takes minutes, and the wire-fraud exposure that makes agent mailboxes on personal accounts a genuine liability rather than an untidiness.
Tell us how applications, owner statements and assessments move today. We will show you what to take out of email first and what the monthly looks like.
Property management sits on information most small businesses never touch: applications with dates of birth and social security numbers, background and credit check results, income verification, bank details for rent collection. That is a genuinely attractive target, and the obligations that come with it are not optional. Decide who can see application data, keep it out of individual mailboxes, and have an answer for how long rejected applications are kept before they are destroyed.
Payments bring their own rules. If card details touch your systems at all, you are in scope for the card industry’s requirements; the usual sensible answer for a small manager is to never touch them — use a payment provider whose form takes the details directly so they never reach your server. Ask a prospective provider which model theirs uses, because it changes what you are responsible for.
Maintenance is where the practical failures happen. Requests arriving by text to one person’s phone, approvals by voicemail, and no record of who authorised what. A simple system that logs the request, the approval and the vendor, and that survives a staff change, prevents more disputes than it costs.
The website itself mostly needs to work on a phone, show current vacancies accurately, and get an enquiry into a mailbox someone reads. Test that path end to end — a broken vacancy form is invisible and expensive.
