How is Liberation Campaign priced?
By emails sent per month, not by how many contacts you store. The first 1,000 sends each month are free, then $10 for 10,000, $20 for 40,000 and up from there. If your list is large but you only mail it occasionally, this usually costs far less than a per-contact platform.
Can I import my existing list from Mailchimp or Constant Contact?
Yes. Contacts, segments and unsubscribe history import from the usual CSV exports, and we will help you map the fields so tags and custom data survive the move. Keeping your unsubscribe list intact matters legally as well as practically — we make sure it comes across.
Does it include a CRM?
Yes. Contact records, custom fields, tags, segmentation and activity history are part of the platform rather than a separate subscription, so campaign behavior and contact data live in one place.
What about automations and drip sequences?
Automations, autoresponders, drip sequences and behavior-triggered sends are all supported — welcome series, abandoned-cart follow-ups, renewal reminders and re-engagement campaigns.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
Deliverability comes down to authentication, list quality and sending reputation. Do you sell or share my subscriber data?
No. Your list is yours. It is not sold, not shared, not used to train anything, and not mined for advertising. It sits on servers we own and operate in the United States, and you can export it in full at any time.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes, and you should — sending from your own authenticated domain is far better for deliverability and for how recipients perceive the mail. If your mailboxes are on Liberation Email we handle the DNS side for you.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — 1,000 emails a month at no cost, with the full feature set rather than a crippled trial. It is enough for a small congregation, a local nonprofit or a business testing the waters before committing.
What are the rules for commercial email in the U.S.?
The CAN-SPAM Act requires accurate headers and subject lines, a valid physical postal address, clear identification of promotional content, and a working opt-out honored within ten business days.
