Why We Organize By Industry
The compliance is never the same twice
A school answers to FERPA. A city answers to a state retention schedule and the ADA. A dental practice answers to HIPAA. A title agency answers to ALTA Best Practices. A pharmacy answers to both HIPAA and DSCSA. Generic hosting treats all of them as a shopping cart with a different logo, which is why generic hosting keeps failing them.
The risk is not the same either
Some of the organizations on this list have been removed by a registrar, cut off by a processor or dropped by an email platform. Others have never had to think about it. Both groups deserve to know where their infrastructure actually sits and who is in a position to switch it off.
We own the hardware, including the mail servers
Everything here runs in data centers we own and operate in the United States, and Liberation Campaign sends from our own SMTP infrastructure rather than a third-party relay. That second part matters more than it sounds: most providers who promise not to remove you are reselling someone else’s mail, and that relay’s policy governs regardless of what they promised.
What we will not do
We are not a merchant acquirer, so where a business needs specialist payment underwriting we build and host the checkout and integrate with the processor you use. We do not sell compliance as a product. And we will tell you when the answer is to stay where you are, which happens more often than you would expect from a hosting company.

What if my industry is not listed?
These are the industries we have built specific expertise around. We host plenty of organizations that do not fit any of them. Book a call and describe what you run — the underlying infrastructure is the same, and the page is only shorthand for a conversation.
We sit in two of these. Which page applies?
Both, usually. A Christian school with a clinic, a range with a retail store, a co-op with a commodity association — read whichever page describes the problem you actually have today and we will scope the rest on a call.
Do you actually turn anyone away?
Yes. We will not board businesses that create genuine legal or fraud exposure, and we will tell you that directly rather than onboard you and reverse it later. That is the behavior we exist to be an alternative to.
Where are your servers, and who sends your email?
Data centers we own and operate in the United States, and our own SMTP infrastructure running our own software. Not resold capacity, not a foreign region chosen for cost, and not a third-party mail relay with its own acceptable use policy.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes, where healthcare applies, as part of onboarding rather than as a paid tier. Be clear that a BAA binds one vendor and does not make your practice compliant — your risk analysis, your policies and your other vendors all still matter.
Can you move us from our current provider?
Almost always, and migration is normal work rather than a project you have to survive. Websites, email with history, e-commerce catalogs, subscriber lists and DNS all move, with permanent redirects so your search rankings follow you.
How do you price?
Per seat, monthly, published above. Most organizations find the seat-based products — email and document exchange — are the recurring cost that matters, and the hosting underneath is the smaller line.
