Support, security and collaboration tools in one place.

Independent pharmacies carry two obligations at once: HIPAA, which we support with a signed Business Associate Agreement and email from $7.95 a mailbox, and the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, whose enhanced requirements reach small dispensers on 27 November 2027. Both are recordkeeping problems before they are anything else, which is where our pharmacy IT support starts. We host the infrastructure that keeps those records secure, retained and retrievable, without touching the pharmacy management system you dispense from.
The FDA’s Drug Supply Chain Security Act requirements turn product tracing into a data problem, which is why pharmacy IT support now matters as much as the dispensing system. Our pharmacy IT support covers the records, the email and the network behind the counter.
The site builder with hosting and SSL, one Hub for Teams mailbox on your own domain, and the domain itself free for the first year — in one annual plan instead of three separate decisions.
Enhanced drug distribution security requirements — interoperable, electronic, package-level transaction information — reach small dispensers on 27 November 2027 following FDA’s exemption period. For most independents that is the date that matters.
Transaction information and statements have to be exchanged electronically, retained, and produced on request within a defined window. That means storage, retention, access control and retrieval — which is infrastructure, not pharmacy practice.
Secure, access-controlled, versioned storage for transaction records and verification documentation, retention configured to the required period, encrypted off-site backups and a tested restore. Your wholesaler and your pharmacy system handle the exchange; we make sure the records survive and can be produced.
Confirm your own position with your counsel and your wholesaler — but the calendar is not ambiguous.
Master formulation records, batch records, ingredient sourcing and beyond-use dating generate documentation an inspector may ask for years later. Structured, versioned, access-controlled storage is worth more here than in a dispensing-only pharmacy.
We are not replacing the system your pharmacists work in. We host and secure the records, the email, the website and the network around it.
If you sell anything online, the payment and platform picture changes — some pharmacy and compounded-product categories sit in restricted-business territory for mainstream processors. We build and host the store and integrate with an appropriate processor rather than underwriting it ourselves.
Order any of these in a few minutes, or read the full details first. Pricing is published up front, so you do not need a quote to see what it costs.
Build the site yourself from a template. Hosting, SSL and a free domain on annual billing are included.

No. Compliance involves your wholesaler relationships, your pharmacy system and your processes. What we provide is the secure, retained, retrievable storage those records depend on, plus backups that have been restored rather than assumed.
Yes, as part of onboarding, with access control and multi-factor authentication, audit logging, encryption, tested restores and a written breach notification process behind it.
No. It stays. We host and secure the email, the records storage, the website, the backups and the network around it.
It adds records — master formulation and batch documentation, sourcing, beyond-use dating — that may be requested years later, so structured versioned storage matters more. It does not change the hosting.
We build and host the store and integrate with an appropriate processor. Some pharmacy and compounded-product categories sit in restricted territory for mainstream processors, so that relationship needs establishing with someone who understands the catalogue up front.
Our pharmacy IT support covers a signed BAA, email from $7.95 a mailbox, and the infrastructure that keeps DSCSA and HIPAA records secure, retained and retrievable, without touching your pharmacy management system.
Tell us where your transaction records, patient email and backups live today. We will tell you what needs to change before the deadline and what can wait.
The enhanced DSCSA requirements were due to reach small dispensers on 27 November 2027. FDA has since extended that exemption to 27 November 2027, with small-dispenser status judged as of the original November 2026 date. The extension is not a pause. The requirements already in force still apply — investigating and quarantining suspect product, handling missing transaction information, and retaining transaction records for six years. If a vendor is still selling you urgency around a 2026 deadline, they are not reading the rule closely.
No hosting company can make a pharmacy DSCSA compliant, and you should be wary of one that says otherwise. Compliance runs through your wholesaler relationships, your pharmacy management system and your own written procedures. What a vendor is actually responsible for is narrower: somewhere to keep transaction information that will still exist and still open in six years, mailboxes that do not quietly drop wholesaler notices into spam, and backups someone has tested a restore from.
The HIPAA side is separate, and it is the one more often got wrong. Patient email needs a signed Business Associate Agreement in place before any protected health information moves through it. Ask for the BAA in writing before you sign anything, and ask where the servers physically sit. Ours are in the United States on hardware we own, and the BAA comes with the mailbox rather than as a paid add-on.
Then ask the boring questions, because they are where the cost hides. What is the renewal price, not the first-year price? Is support a person who can see your account, or a ticket queue? And how do you get your records out if you leave? We publish renewal pricing, support is a U.S. team, and an export is yours on request.
