What Your Church Gets

A Church Website You Actually Own

A custom church website built and hosted on hardware we own and operate in the United States — sermon archives, ministry pages, an events calendar and a staff directory, all editable by your team without a developer. No platform can deplatform you over a sermon, and your member data is never sold, scanned or handed to a third-party ad network.

Looking for hosting built around how a church runs? Read our guide to church web hosting, including email on your own domain, giving and security.

Giving That Keeps More Of Each Gift

Online, recurring and text giving with designated funds, pledge campaigns and automatic year-end statements. Processing runs through our own payment partner at rates we quote in writing, so more of every tithe reaches the ministry instead of a platform fee.

Streaming, Media And Private Member Space

Livestream services to your own site instead of renting reach on a social platform, keep an on-demand sermon library, and give members a private network for groups, classes and prayer requests. Add Hub For Teams and your staff get shared email, calendars, files and video on the same platform.

Moving Your Church Off Big Tech

1. We Map What You Have

Most churches are spread across a website builder, a giving platform, a church management system, a Google or Microsoft account and a social page. On a free call we list every place your congregation’s data lives, what each one costs, and what happens to that data today.

2. We Move It Without A Sunday Gap

Website, email, giving records and media move on a schedule built around your service times. Nothing cuts over mid-week without a tested rollback, and giving keeps running throughout — we do not take a church offline on a Saturday night.

3. Your Team Gets Trained

Staff and volunteers get walked through the new setup, with written guides for the people who update the site each week. Support afterwards is a phone call to a named contact, not a ticket queue — which matters when something breaks an hour before a service.

Church Website FAQs

It depends on how much you need built. A straightforward church site on our hosting starts in the low hundreds to set up, with hosting from a few dollars a month; a custom build with giving, member areas and streaming is quoted as a project. We price the whole thing before you commit, and we will tell you when a simpler option would serve you just as well.

Yes. We migrate from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Subsplash, Ministry Brands, Tithe.ly sites and custom builds. Your sermon archive, pages and media come across, and we schedule the DNS cutover around your service times. See website transfer for how the process runs.

Card processing always carries an interchange cost set by the card networks; what varies is the markup on top. We quote your rate in writing before you switch and show the interchange underneath it, so you can compare it line by line against what your current giving platform charges.

Yes — text giving, recurring gifts, designated funds, pledge campaigns and one-time donations, with automatic receipts and year-end giving statements for your members.

Yes. We stream to your own site and keep an on-demand sermon library there, so your congregation does not have to visit a social platform to watch. You can still push the same stream to social channels if you want the reach.

We do not remove churches over the content of their teaching. We own and operate our own servers rather than reselling someone else’s cloud, so there is no upstream provider making that call either. Our Terms of Service set out the narrow, lawful grounds on which any account can be suspended.

Your church does. It lives on U.S. hardware we own, it is never sold, and it is never scanned for advertising. If you ever leave, you take a full export with you.

Yes. Plenty of our church customers run without a full-time tech person. We size the build to the congregation and the budget rather than pushing a package with features you will never open.

What Our Customers Say

★★★★★ Rated 4.9/5 on Google and 4.7/5 on Trustpilot

What churches actually need from technology

Church technology problems are seasonal and volunteer-shaped, and that combination is what makes them different from an ordinary small business. The website matters most in the fortnight around Christmas and Easter, and whoever maintains it is usually a volunteer with a day job who inherited the login from somebody else.

Which makes handover the real requirement. The question to ask of any arrangement is what happens when the person who knows the password moves away: is the domain registered to the church rather than to an individual, does more than one person hold administrative access, and is there any written record of what lives where. Very nearly every church technology emergency we see is a handover problem wearing a technical disguise.

Second, the data is more sensitive than people expect. Membership rolls, giving records, prayer requests, pastoral conversations and children’s and youth programme information are all held, often by volunteers, on whatever device was to hand. Giving records deserve particular care because they reveal financial circumstances, and they tend to live in spreadsheets emailed between people. A shared, access-controlled place to keep them is worth more than any website feature.

Third, the service recording and streaming. Bandwidth for live streaming, and storage for an archive that grows every single week, are a real ongoing cost that nobody plans for at the outset. Decide early how long the archive is kept and where it lives, because the default — keep everything forever, wherever is cheapest — becomes somebody’s problem in year four.

What we do: websites and hosting with backups and patching handled, mailboxes and shared calendars on your own domain with administrative control so access survives a handover, and the domain registered to the church rather than to a volunteer. Prices are published. Book a call and we will start with who currently holds the passwords.
