A Closed Platform, By Design
Wix Alternative: A Site Builder You Can Take With You
Looking for a Wix alternative that does not lock your site to one platform? Wix is a polished builder, and we are not going to argue otherwise. What its pricing page does not emphasize is how steep the climb is: Light starts at $17.77/mo with 2 GB of storage, and reaching Business Elite’s unlimited storage and advanced e-commerce means $159.77/mo — about 9 times the entry price.
And whatever plan you land on, Wix is a closed platform: there is no export that lets you rebuild the same site somewhere else.
Liberation Site Builder starts at $10.99/mo with hosting, SSL and — on an annual plan — a free domain included, running on a U.S. network we own, and if you ever outgrow the builder, our development team can take the site over on the same infrastructure instead of forcing a rebuild. That is exactly the gap this Wix alternative is built to close.

What You Get With This Wix Alternative: The Difference
A 9x Jump To The Top Plan
Wix Light is $17.77/mo with 2 GB of storage. Reaching Business Elite’s unlimited storage and advanced e-commerce means $159.77/mo — about nine times the entry price. Liberation Site Builder tops out at $19.99/mo.
A Site You Can Take With You
Wix is a closed platform — there is no export that rebuilds the same site elsewhere. Liberation Site Builder runs on U.S.-owned infrastructure, and if you outgrow it our development team can take the site over rather than starting from scratch.
Free Domain & SSL Included
Every annual Liberation plan includes a free domain and an SSL certificate at no extra charge, the same way Wix bundles a free year of domain on its plans.
200+ Templates Or A Blank Canvas
Start from more than 200 professional templates and change the text, images and colors, or build from a blank canvas with drag-and-drop widgets.
Grow Beyond Drag-And-Drop
The Pro tier includes custom HTML, so you are not locked out of the code. If you outgrow the builder entirely, our development team can take the site over on the same infrastructure instead of forcing a rebuild elsewhere.
People Who Answer
You get U.S.-based support from a small team, not a queue. Our customers routinely mention being walked through problems personally and hearing back quickly.
