The site builder with hosting and SSL, one Hub for Teams mailbox on your own domain, and the domain itself free for the first year — in one annual plan instead of three separate decisions.
Order any of these in a few minutes, or read the full details first. Pricing is published up front, so you do not need a quote to see what it costs.
Email, calendar, files, chat and video for the whole team in one workspace on your own domain.

Get started →How transfers workSmall colleges and seminaries run on a few staff who also do IT, an email system inherited from a free education program, and a website nobody quite owns. We provide faculty, staff and student email on your domain, an admissions and giving website, and shared documents for departments, from $1.95 per user a month, on servers we own in the United States.
Christian college IT support has to cover a wider mix of systems than a typical small business — admissions, financial aid, alumni giving and classroom tools all in one place — without the multi-vendor sprawl that eats a lean IT budget. Outsourced Christian college IT support is usually the difference between one point of contact who knows the whole environment and a rotating cast of vendors who each know one piece of it.
Student education records are usually covered by FERPA, and your accreditor will ask about controls. We do not sell or share your data, and we will document what is hosted where so your compliance officer has something to attach to the file. We do not replace your student information system; we host what surrounds it.
Official addresses on your domain from $1.95 per user a month, with shared mailboxes for admissions, the registrar and the business office.
Messages to alumni and donors from your own domain with proper authentication, and lists you own, through Liberation Campaign.
Free tiers change terms or add charges. Our migration team moves mailboxes and calendars for free and checks them before cutover.
Summer is the right time to move. The first week of the fall semester is the wrong time to find out something did not.
For a small college the website is the admissions office at midnight. It has to answer the questions parents ask before they ever call.
Committee documents, policy drafts and accreditation evidence in shared folders with role-based permissions, in Hub for Teams at $7.49 per user a month.

Faculty meetings and planning sessions through the Hub’s Video app and chat instead of a consumer platform.
Website backups and security scanning, so a compromised plugin does not take down the admissions site.
Colleges buy on a budget cycle, with a business office and often a board. We write for that.
Starting prices, billed monthly unless noted. Anything larger gets a written quote.
No. Keep it. Our christian college IT support wraps around the email, website, documents and infrastructure you already run.
Yes. Student mailboxes are ordinary mailboxes at $1.95 per user a month.
We do not sell or share your data, and we can document where it is stored. What you disclose and to whom remains your policy; we make the technical controls easy to demonstrate. Part of good christian college IT support is understanding the U.S. Department of Education’s student privacy guidance on FERPA.
We can provide a written description of where systems are hosted, backup arrangements and support hours for your file.
Mailboxes can move over a weekend once planned. Sites take longer depending on size. We schedule around your academic calendar.
Qualifying churches and nonprofits receive 15% off. Tell us your status and we will confirm.
Yes. Chapel, campus ministry and alumni giving sites tend to sit awkwardly inside a college’s main site, and they often end up on whatever a student set up two years ago. They can run as their own sites on the same account. Our church web hosting page covers the congregation-style needs — giving, sermon archives, event calendars — if that is the shape of what you are running.
Tell us when you can make a change and what you run today. We will map the move around your terms and give you a written quote.
If the college participates in federal student aid programmes, FERPA governs how student education records are handled, and that reaches further than most people expect — into the systems that store them, who can see them, and what a vendor is permitted to do with them. Before you move anything, get clear on which of your systems actually hold education records, because the answer usually includes email.
That makes the mailbox a bigger decision than the website. Faculty discuss grades, accommodations and discipline over email; those messages are records. Ask any provider where the servers physically sit, who on their staff can access the data, and what the contract says about disclosure. Get the answers in writing rather than on a call.
Scale is the other difference from a school. A college has staff, faculty, students and alumni, each with different needs and lifespans, and the cost model matters — per-seat pricing that is fine for thirty staff is not fine for two thousand students. Work out the real seat count across all four groups before comparing anyone’s pricing.
Then the boring questions that decide whether this is painful: what the renewal price is, whether support is a person who can see your account, and how an export works if you leave. Ours are in the United States on hardware we own, renewal pricing is published, and migration is done by a person rather than handed to your IT volunteer.
