Rebuilding Your Margins Every Renewal?

HostGator Reseller Alternative: White-Label Hosting That Doesn’t Reprice You

Let’s be straight about price, because you resell hosting and you will check. HostGator starts cheaper than we do. Their Snappy 4000 — 4 vCPUs, 8 GB of RAM and 200 GB of NVMe — is $68.99 a month, and HostGator’s own pricing page says it renews at $98.99. That is a 43% increase on a plan you have already built client pricing around. The identical specification here is our Studio plan at $127 a month, and by published policy your renewal is locked: any increase is capped at 5% and announced before it happens. That is the trade. You pay more on day one for a number you can quote clients against for years, a fully managed private VPS with Imunify360 on every account, 24/7 U.S.-based support, and a written promise about what happens if someone complains about a client’s site. Prices checked September 13, 2026.

“LTS has did a great job of offering what me and my clients need while offering personable support when I have had questions, custom needs, or whatever the situation may have been. I support several sites, and plan to continue hosting here for a long time.”

Why Resellers Move To Liberation

A Price You Can Quote Clients Against

Your plan renews at your signup price. If our costs ever change you get notice before renewal and any increase is capped at 5%. Compare that with an introductory rate that resets: HostGator publishes $49.99 renewing at $68.99, $68.99 at $98.99, and $97.99 at $143.99 — increases of 38% to 47% on plans you have already priced client work around.

Your Own Private VPS, Never A Shared Server

Every Liberation reseller plan is a private VPS with its own vCPU cores, RAM and NVMe storage — not a reseller account carved out of a box holding hundreds of strangers’ sites. What your clients experience is not affected by someone else’s traffic spike or someone else’s bad behaviour.

Imunify360 On Every Client Account

Firewall, web application firewall and automatic malware scanning and cleanup run on every account you create — built in, not a security add-on you have to remember to sell. Launch and Studio cover 30 users; Agency and above cover 250.

A Written Promise About Your Clients

You get 15 days’ notice before we act on a client site, except where the law, a court order, an active security threat or resource abuse affecting other customers requires us to move sooner. It is set out in our published Reseller Client Protection Policy. We host churches, ministries, nonprofits and values-driven businesses, and we will not pull a client’s site over lawful speech.

Fully Managed, So You Can Sell Instead Of Patch

OS and kernel patching, cPanel maintenance and 24/7 monitoring are ours. WHM and cPanel licences are included on every plan, along with a domain reseller account, free AutoSSL, a 99.9% uptime SLA and 24/7 U.S.-based ticket and chat support.

White Label From The First Plan

Private nameservers and your own hostname come with every plan, so clients see your business rather than ours. Agency plans and up add full cPanel branding with your logo. Client migrations are free — up to 5 sites on Launch and more as you scale, with no per-site fees.

Liberation is a small, agile tech services company that has really helped me get going with enterprise level solutions at startup friendly rates. I have had a great time working with the team at Liberation getting set up to migrate my servers over from DigitalOcean and AWS. And the best part is I know I am not going to be unexpectedly shut down because of some opinionated TOS nonsense. 100% recommended, you won’t find a better provider.

As a novice to building my own secure website, LibTek has been amazing. They responded quickly to all of my questions, resolved all of my issues simply and clearly. They kept me up to date on tickets in progress, reversed charges when I made an error.

I cannot say enough great things about Liberation Technology Services. Customer service is 5 stars. You get a one-to-one relationship as well as fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. The prices are also great and incredibly straight forward. No gimmicks.

After searching high and low for a vendor with the capacity to handle my server needs, I am super grateful to have found LiberationTek. They are a God-given resource and I recommend them without reservation for all of your business technological needs.

Real customer reviews. LiberationTek is rated 4.9 out of 5 on Google and 4.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot (September 2026).

Move Your Client Roster In 4 Steps

1. Tell Us About Your Roster

Send us how many client sites you host, roughly what they run, and where they are now. We size a plan against it and tell you honestly if a smaller one will do.

2. We Migrate Your Clients

Free client migrations on every plan, with no per-site fees. We move sites, databases, email, cron jobs and SSL certificates, and we coordinate around your clients rather than handing you a weekend of work.

3. Brand It As Yours

Set up your private nameservers and hostname so clients only ever see your business. From Agency up, add your logo to cPanel itself. Keep your existing billing system — WHMCS or anything else — or run it manually.

4. Quote With Confidence

Your renewal is locked, so the margin you calculate today is the margin you still have in year three. If anything ever changes, you hear about it before renewal and the increase cannot exceed 5%.

Reseller Hosting FAQs

No, and we would rather say so plainly. HostGator’s Snappy 4000 is $68.99 a month against our Studio plan at $127 for the same 4 vCPUs, 8 GB of RAM and 200 GB of NVMe. What changes is what happens next: HostGator publishes that plan renewing at $98.99, a 43% increase, while our renewal is locked with any increase capped at 5% and announced beforehand. If you are quoting clients on multi-year terms, the number that matters is the one in year three, not the one on the signup page.

HostGator publishes both prices on its own reseller page. As of September 2026: Snappy 2000 is $49.99 introductory and renews at $68.99; Snappy 4000 is $68.99 and renews at $98.99; Snappy 8000 is $97.99 and renews at $143.99. Those are increases of 38%, 43% and 47%. Their terms state that promotional rates “will automatically renew after initial term at regular rate found in your control panel.”

Your plan renews at the price you signed up at. If our underlying costs ever change, you get notice before your renewal date and any increase is capped at 5%. Over three years that means your cost can rise by at most 10.25% in total, and never as a surprise. It is published on our reseller page rather than buried in a footnote, because the whole point is that you can build client pricing on it.

Yes, from the first plan. Every plan includes private nameservers and your own hostname, so clients see your business rather than ours. Agency plans and above add full cPanel branding with your logo. You keep your own billing system — WHMCS or anything else — and set your own prices, packages and terms. We are not in front of your clients at any point.

No. Every Liberation reseller plan is your own private VPS with its own vCPU cores, RAM and NVMe storage, rather than a reseller account carved out of a machine holding hundreds of other people’s sites. Your clients’ performance is not affected by a stranger’s traffic spike, and your storage and bandwidth are yours — shared only across the client accounts you create.

You get 15 days’ notice before we act on a client site, except where the law, a court order, an active security threat or resource abuse affecting other customers requires us to move sooner. That is written down in our Reseller Client Protection Policy rather than left to a support agent’s discretion. We host churches, ministries, nonprofits and values-driven small businesses, and we do not remove sites over lawful speech. For an agency whose reputation sits on top of ours, that is usually the deciding factor rather than the monthly price.

Yes, and there are no per-site fees. Free client migrations are included on every plan — up to 5 sites on Launch, and more as you move up. We move sites, databases, email, cron jobs and SSL certificates, and we schedule around your clients rather than handing you a weekend of work. Tell us where they are now and we will tell you honestly how long it will take.
